When making a booking with Muscle Wash, there are some terms and conditions which you have to agree too successfully book: 

 

All valuable items including money, personal belongings, personal information, etc. must be removed from the vehicle prior to any service requiring interior access to the vehicle;

 

Muscle Wash accepts no liability for loss or damaged belongings left in the vehicle during our time of service;

 

Muscle Wash accepts no liability for any damage or theft caused by a third party during the time of our service;

 

All services are performed at the clients own risk;

 

Muscle Wash reserve the right to appoint any of our trained staff to undertake a service;

 

In the case of machinery/equipment failures, weather conditions or staff shortages we reserve the right to change bookings; 

 

We cannot guarantee an exact booking time as some jobs may unexpectedly take extra time; 

 

Any unreasonable customer faces being rejected a booking or no longer able to use our services;

 

Muscle Wash has 0 tolerance of abuse towards  any staff whether verbal or physical, in case of these circumstances the appropriate actions will be taken;

 

Muscle Wash reserve the right to alter prices depending on vehicle size, location and condition;

 

Prices displayed online, are purely start off prices to give clients an estimated price, quotes given via telephone are an estimated price and may change once at the location depending upon condition and vehicle size;

 

Prices displayed online could be altered at any time without previous notice;

Staff will only wait 10 minutes after making contact upon arrival;
